How to use
For dramatic volume, start by coating the top and bottom of the upper lashes, wiggling the brush through. Focus on applying product at the root and on the outer lashes. For extra lift, hold and lift lashes with the wand for 5 seconds. For added impact, use the tapered edge of the wand to coat the bottom lashes. Caution & Warnings: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
