[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good serum. Leaves a nice glow. My number two compared to Skinceuticals but less than half the price
I do not usually write reviews for skincare products but I will make an exception in this case. Been using this serum for approx 3-4 months now. I have noticed that my skin is a bit brighter with lines becoming slightly less prominent than before I began using this. A bit difficult to say if this serum is definitely the sole reason for the all improvements noticed as I also started using hyaluronic acid serum about 1 month ago but I will say that when I began using this, the first 2 months definitely led to an improvement. It is not too thick, is non-sticky and leaves skin feeling soft. Not sure why Shiseido may be discontinuing this and the eye product in the same product line as that also is very good and has reduced puffiness in the eye area for me after only a few weeks. Anyway, I recommend this but as always, does need to be consistently used over time in order to see any results.
This product is a holy grail!! Cleared my acne & lightened my acne scars. I've tried EVERYTHING in the market & this product is the only one that truly brought results. Please keep it in stock!!!
I have oily skin and I can use this product and it feels and it looks great all day. I usually cannot stand products on my face but somehow this one works. I add a bit of setting powder or a blush and I am good to go. No uncomfortable scents, it feels natural.
I use this product every night with the YUZU-C Beauty Sleeping Mask. That is all I need to hydrate and have a smooth and revitalized face in the morning. It is not oily or sticky.
Never heard of glow on shot serum, now that I have tried it, I loved it

I like this vitamin C, I use it every other day in the mornings and I have noticed that my skin looks brighter and has lessened the appearance of dark spots. I like to use it with the eye awakening cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] YUZU-C Glow-On Shot Serum is fabulous ~ I use every 5 days ~ followed by a light scrub of Witch Hazel with Tumeric ~ starts a light peel going & wash my face with a Shiseido Gel Wash ~ Pores are completely cleared out ~ glowing appearance followed by Shiseido White Lucent Day Cream~ have used Shiseido since my 20's ~ no lines or wrinkles ~ rids my skin of any irregularities ~ do not use any makeup other some under eye concealer liner mascara ~

I really love the smell of this oil. It definitely keeps me hydrated throughout the night but I do wake up with an oily looking face the next morning. But that's okay because I wash it off when I wake up anyway.

This serum was decent. It has a nice texture and left my skin feeling very refreshed even after a couple of hours. It also left my skin looking very dewy and plump. Nothing special about it but it wasn't bad at all.
After a few weeks of use i noticed more evenness and less dark spots on my face overall. I would recommend this to anyone who has an uneven skin tone.

This product smells good, seems to work well, and looks high quality - the main downside is that it is very, very sticky. If I put it on in the morning, I find myself noticing the stickiness throughout the day.
After I ordered the serum for the first time I loved it and I bought a few more for Christmas present for my friends. Ordering the second time I was really disappointed , it was watery consistency , no smell. It was different. I was not sure even sure that I will reorder this again. But I will give another try.
I ask for a simple question when I contacted customer service through chat. I ask how much is the percentage of rosemary oil is there in WASO SERUM. I am pregnant and would like to know if the said oil potency is high. High rosemary oil is unsafe for pregnancy. I was told by the agent that the product is safe for pregnancy but cannot answer and tell me how many the content of rosemary oil. I asked why, i was told "due to propriety information". Company is very very inconsiderate knowing I just want to know the facts if its safe for me. I was just told by the agent to return the product. Really?! Is that how Shiseido handles loyal customers. Never again. Would have to search other brands that has good product support.
