[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair prefers the Curl Jelly Smoothie leave-in conditioner. The Curl Jelly Shine leave-in doesn't give my hair as much slip (I have to use so much more product) and seems quite drying, which leads to problems like frizz when styling. It also feels like there's build-up on my hair when I wash it the following day, which leads to more cleansing which further dries out my hair. There are silicones in this product, so perhaps that's the problem.
Decided not to buy as after researching these products they are not curly girl approved as although they are sulphate free they still contain silicones which require sulphates to effectively wash out thus leading to build up, disappointed.
