I originally bought this for my husband, but I ended up using it myself. Since I'm in perimenopause, my skin has become more sensitive, and I prefer moisturizers without added fragrance. I love that this moisturizer is non-sticky and leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the day.
Tested this in the store, and it went into the skin immediately without greasing.. Bought it right then and there. Leaves your skin soft for days, even after showers.. If you have keratosis pilaris like me, using their glycolic acid + this moisturiser works wonders and was almost gone overnight
I have been struggling with fungal acne on my neck and chest for years. This has been the only body lotion I found that doesn’t contain any ingredients that will trigger it. It is light weight, simple and very hydrating.

The best of the best
Je tiens à partager mon expérience avec ce produit. L'application est particulièrement agréable. La texture de la crème est très bien. Elle pénètre rapidement sans laisser de sensation grasse. Ma peau semble visiblement plus hydratée depuis que je l'utilise. Les résultats sont vraiment encourageants. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, je dois dire. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat.

Super hidratante
I love The Ordinary, and this is a great lotion. Since I hit menopause, I have had to pay particular attention to moisturizers to make sure they are truly hydrating and moisturizing. This body lotion is lightweight yet does the job. My only problem is the dispenser. I have gone through probably five bottles by now, and whenever I get a new one, I always try to work the pump, but it never seems to work. So I take the pump from the old bottle and put it on the new one. I’ve done this now for the last three or four bottles. Basically, the pump is useless. Additionally, when it gets to the bottom, I have to unscrew the cap and just shake it out onto my hand because the pump will not get the remnants on the bottom. I saw other reviews complaining about the pump. The product itself is great, but I hope that The Ordinary reads these reviews because the pump really needs to be replaced.
The lotion is a good one, very happy with it. The BOTTLE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.. The top opening is so narrow that when you get down to the bottom and the pump doesn't reach it anymore, it is very difficult to get anything out of it. You can shake it upside down and hopefully some will fall into the small opening, but there's no way to get the lotion that's stuck to the sides or along the top part where it sticks when you're shaking it upside-down.. I feel like there's a lot of lotion still stuck in there and it's not adding joy to my morning.

The lotion itself is not bad, BUT when you are near to 1/4 of the product, it is improssible to use it till the end. I thought maybe to cut the bottle, but due to plastic thickness it seems a dangerous idea. Also the whole experience was ruined during the usage just beacuse of the doser spits in all directions. I also found the texture a bit sticky in humid (cold) climate, sometimes the product rolls out as well. I will not buy it again untill it becomes more sustainable.
Unlike so many of the reviews, I have not received this product for free (but would love to) and I have lost track of how many I’ve purchased. The lotion itself is light, not greasy, and still very moisturizing and smoothing. It is easy to apply, absorbs quickly and your skin feels great until your next shower. It also has no pore clogging ingredients or fragrance which is great for acne-prone skin like mine. The packaging is terrible. It’s too small for a body lotion and so wasteful. The pump is also difficult to open even if you’ve done it many times, each new bottle takes a few tries. They recently added a sticker to the top to help, but it’s not helpful. The pump clogs even though I use this daily, and once you’re at 1/4 left it doesn’t work at all, and you have to unscrew it and shake it into your hand. This wouldn’t be so frustrating if it was a bigger bottle and you did this less, but this only lasts me a couple of weeks. Please get better packaging.
It absorbs easily, is completely unscented and feels aggressively average. I personally find the design of the pump terrible. Constantly forget it shoots out at 180 degrees and get it launched all over. People generally expect gravity, not ballistics.
This product did not agree with my body chemistry?! For some reason made me have a slight body odour aroma… also found this a bit sticky. Tossing the rest of the bottle!
Pump literally doesn’t work. I have done every logical thing to try and make it work. Basically useless and impossible to use without the pump
