Finally, a mascara that's not thick & clumpy when applying. Love the tip of the wand with the tiny bristles to get the inner & outer corners. I apply a 2nd coat after a minute or 2 for a bit more dramatic look. Love that this distributes evenly on lashes for a natural look. The case itself is beautiful. Now my favorite mascara.
Really pleased with this mascara. No smudging and a great black colour.

I bought this on holiday and it’s been my go to mascara ever since (I have tried what feels like every mascara out there) the longevity is what sold it, It will literally not budge unless you have a killer oil based remover I learned the hard way but the length and curl lasts incredibly! Not it’s not the most volumising of them all but extremely buildable.

This is by far my favorite mascara!! It has a very fine finish to it and gives a lengthening look to the lashes in a natural way! Absolutely love it!

I cannot pinpoint anything exact to say how this mascara is different from other brands in the same price range. I've tried many. It does not clump, the brush gives just enough product. It does separate and appear to lengthen.
Great quality as everything from Shiseido I wish it gives more length and volume for my lashes since I have them short.
I love how this looked and felt when applying. However, it left flaking under the eye after several hours. I was terribly disappointed. I wanted to love this product.
Bought about a month ago and wish I had returned product. It takes to long to dry, clumpy and smudges throughout day. 🥺
It take long to be dry and does not give any lifting or volume
Looked beautiful before and during application, gave raccoon eyes, flaked and was very hard to remove, a complete mess.
They are selling near expiry product which is already dried
