Rimmel stay matte is my go to pressed powder. It stays in place and typically does not crease or transfer. It feels nice and light on top of the skin.
I have used this product for YEARS. It has been a staple in my makeup bag since 2016. It truly gives a smooth finish to my makeup. The packaging has help up so well over time as well. Highly recommend this product!!

Iconic powder for a reason! Easy to use, no mess. The transparent shade works for everyone. It blurs pores and sets makeup super well! Super flat so easy to store and has a lot of product! I use this on the go with a sponge for touchups as well and I don’t need a mirror. 10/10
I like Rimmel London Stay matte pressed powder. You can feel perfect after using. Finishing is amazing. All day can stay for your face. Very useful.
Stay matte is my second favorite power, it’s gentle, leaves my skin matte, control shine, and has a very mild scent, the power is finely milled, so your makeup won’t look heavy
I’ve used this powder for a long time. I typically use the translucent one so there’s no pigmentation. It’s a pressed powder and consistency is not very fine in my opinion. Doesn’t have much of a scent and the packaging is cheap but does the job. It seems to perform well for the price but there are other powders that work better for me.
It didnt give strong and heavy layer
This powder is such a solid drugstore staple. It gives a smooth matte finish, helps control shine for hours, and sets makeup without feeling heavy. Super affordable and great for everyday wear. Just note it can look a bit powdery sometimes.
I took one star off only because in the trend of dewy luminous skin(which I prefer) this is almost too matte. However, since I have combination skin I do use a little bit of this on my oily areas to help balance things out. A little bit goes a long way and really does work. So if you are going for a matte look this definitely will work. It provides really good coverage as well.

I am sooo devastated. Found this powder last year, and instantly became obsessed! It used to be extremely easy to use, and had the most blurring airbrushed finish. Not to mention the only powder that matched my skin complexion perfectly. I wish I had known they were changing the formula because I would have stocked up on the old one. The new formula just isn’t as good unfortunately. The colour oxidizes and Makes me look orange, and the formula just isn’t the same.
I have used this powder as long as I can remember (I started wearing makeup religiously at 13 and am now 42). I wear the transparent shade every day as my only face coverage (I can't wear foundation as my skin is an oil slick). I buy a ton of them and always have backups. I recently purchased six more units and have started to use the first one and could not understand why my skin was looking so terrible! Shiny, but not in a good way, every single line and texture amplified, patchy and discolored...I must have double checked the color on the powder daily, and just ugly and impossible to blend. I just happened to come across a video on IG about formulation charges and lo and behold, check this site, and folks are seeing the same (thank goodness...I thought my skin had just suddenly decided to look 42!!). But I am throughly saddened that my go-to had changed. I rate 1 star because right now, it's unusable. And I have SIX of them!
I would rate it zero stars if that was an option. I have been using this powder for 20 years and the new formula is awful!! It is greasy feeling and cakey on my oily areas of my face. I have oily skin and this formula has been my go to for all these years and now I am forced to look else where because I can no longer wear this. It is just terrible!!!
I have been using this matte powder for years!!!! The last one I purchased, I noticed a huge change, and not for the better!!!! Looks whiter, shinier, my lipliner won't even stay on over it.....just horrible. I am so sad. I will be looking for a new matte powder. You had a great product, for those of us who liked the "matte" setting powder. It even feels weird on my face, actually makes me look older. So sad.
I have been using this face powder for years and always loved it. After I purchased it again last week, it was like a completely different product. The powder (Deep Beige shade) went on completely orange, patchy, shiny and emphasized my pores. I thought it must be a bad batch so I returned it and even got a lighter shade. Sadly, same issue - totally hot orange colour, patchy and shiny... And it continues to get more orange (almost red) as the day goes on. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this is due to a reformulation which was clearly done with inferior ingredients. Absolutely devastating. I will need to find a new product from a different brand.
I have loved this powder for years and stocked up on it. However, the formula must have changed recently because the powder is now shiny and doesn't provide great coverage like it used to. I'm so disappointed! I have 5 of these and I opened each one and they all are shiny. Threw them away...
I've used Shade 003 Natural for years. The new formula has a shiny/satin finish, noticeably less coverage, and doesn't conceal blemishes the way the old formula did. I'm seeing similar if not the same feedback from others across many sites. Really hope they go back to the old formula.
Terrible reformulation, now contains dimethicone and cornstarch. No longer has Talc. Clings to dry patches, does not smooth and turns orange. I had used the original for 25 years! Will NEVER repurchase again.
