It's black as black can be, dries quickly and stays slightly glossy rather than totally matte. Does not budge at all. Absolutely made up with it.

I love this eyeliner, in fact it’s the only one I use now. It leaves a nice even line without having to go over it several time and it all comes out evenly and doesn’t dry up. The eyeliner lasts on my skin all day without smudging even when I accidentally rub my eye. Comes off easily with makeup remover. Perfect.
