I was given this sample to try and I was amazed at how brilliant it is, it has a light texture and you only need to use a small amount as it bubbles up quite a lot. It is easy to apply to your face and neck area and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and very clean, also it doesn’t make your skin go tight afterwards like some facial washes.
This is such a lovely product to use. I like that it is fragrance free and forms a lovely foamy wash with a gentle exfoliation, so that you can easily use it twice a day without it drying your skin out. My skin felt much softer after using this for a week.
I use this every morning and it lathers up nicely and exfoliates while not stripping my skin of oils. I would personally prefer a scent, but good for those who are particularly sensitive.
I'm very happy with this cleanser. It's so effective at gently exfoliating the skin. I love using it as my morning cleanser before I apply my vitamin c. My skin feels hydrated and balanced after using it.
OK, so - I followed the twice daily instructions and after a week my skin feels fresher, brighter and definitely softer - my daughter commented on how good my skin looked - and with the glow I’m more confident and even make up free … occasionally.
I’ve been using niacinamide toner for sometime but adding the gentle exfoliator in to my routine has been great. I like the exfoliating beads and you only need a tiny amount to feel clean and refreshed.
I’ve had this product a couple of months and I can’t recommend it enough. After my first use it left my skin feeling so clean and really soft! I love using this and it’ll be a permanent fixture in my routine now.
I bought this niacinamide exfoliating cleanser alongside Q+A's green tea toner and the zinc PCA moisterizer just over a month ago and have been using them every day since (the toner once daily, and the others twice). My face is typically a combination of dry and oily skin in different areas and finding the right skin care routine has been a life-long search due to my dramatically sensitive skin that often breaks out when using new products. But *finally*, I've found a great combination with Q+A. I really love that these products are gentle on my sensitive skin and include a lot of natural extracts and ingredients. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling really soft and hydrated and seems to eliminate any patchiness. It's pretty odourless too, which I love. I'm a total convert and rave about it to anyone who will listen! 11/10, I recommend this product.

I love this product and have been using if for nearly a year now. I always struggle with spots, but this has really helped my blemishes. I have combination skin, with patches of oily areas throughout the day. This has helped my skin look so smooth, its light to use daily and Iv finally found a good, affordable face wash.
I could really feel a difference to my skin after using this product it left it feeling really soft and had reduced redness
I have been using this in the evening, and morning when I remember/can be bothered, and I feel like my skin feels smoother, and pores and blackheads less visible after use. This cleanser leaves my face feeling fresh and clean, without drying it out, which is an issue I commonly have with other cleansers. It's very easy to work in and the tube seems like it will last a long time as you don't need much. I personally would prefer slightly more exfoliation - there are some small grains/beads but it could do with a little more in my opinion as I feel like they disappear shortly after application and I don't get the added benefit. Maybe then it would not be considered 'gentle', so I think this is an accurate name. It smells pretty plain/unfragranced, just a little bit of aloe. I received this product for free to test it out and provide an honest review. As a guy in his late 20s with a semi-oily t-zone and skin that tends to dry out with cleansers, I'd recommend this.
The face wash is soothing but I would prefer a fresher aroma. It’s best used in the shower as it’s quite runny and It could use some more exfoliating particles to feel like a better scrub.
Liked the look of the packaging definitely the type of product I was pick up as it looks very clinical. Used the product for two wks. The first time I used it the contents poured out very fast using far more than I needed so maybe a pump action bottle would be better for the product. The wash lathered up lovely in my hand and when applied to my face felt very gentle and cleansing. But when I washed it off my face felt totally stripped of all its oils and when I dried my face felt really dry. Although it did make my face feel fresh and clean. I nearly stopped using it after the first day I started to come up in small spots under my eyes and on my chin and I very rarely get any spots nowadays. Anyway I continued and after about 4 days they were gone. For my liking it drys my skin out too much and for this reason I would not use this product again.
When I started to use this product, my initial Concern was how runny it was. I was concerned that it lacked the texture to exfoliate, however I have noticed a reduction in pore size especially on my nose. Unfortunately, I also noticed that my skin felt a lot drier after using it.
I have been using this product now for around a week. I do like the product but I do prefer an exfoliator that is more ‘grainy’ as I feel that helps exfoliate the skin more so I feel it works better for my skin.
Gentle exfoliation with not too many harsh beads. Skin felt dry after use and needed moisturiser straight away, however I do have dry skin naturally.
Nice, gentle exfoliator. Not too harsh on the skin, but caused my skin to have a few dry patches.
This was a nice product but not suitable for dry/combination skin. Didn't really feel exfoliating.
