The only conditioner that is moisturising enough for my hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Keratase Masquintense Riche Hair Mask is a miracle in a bottle! After shampooing, I apply a small amount on my hair and let it sit for a while. After rinsing my hair feels so moisturized and rejuvenated, and once dry I can see a difference in its luminance. It is way more shiny and healthy looking! The scent is a clean and refreshing smell, without being overbearing. The Keratase Masquintense Riche Hair Mask is definitely a new staple in my hair care routine!

I’ve tried everything on the market, good and bad, price is of zero consequence. In fact, I’d pay double the price. There is no better product for hair repair on the market. Thank you for all the years of service. You’ve recently changed the formula a few times. I beg of you not to change anything. This is a classic staple product. I’d argue #1 in all if kerastase products!

Due to years of abuse from bleaching and flat ironing, my waves can be pretty lifeless, frizzy, and straw-like without the right type of products. Despite the fact that my hair gets weighed down easily and that this mask is intended for medium to thick hair, I felt the moisture it provided was the PERFECT amount. It feels like I'm rinsing out butter even just after a few minutes of application, yet leaves my fine waves full of life and bounce upon drying. Considerable reduction in frizz and tangles. I don't have to wash my hair any sooner than when I don't use it, but I make sure to only apply it to mid-shaft to ends. My new favorite deep conditioner for sure!

This review is for the Kerastase Nutritive Masquintense Riche hair mask. This mask includes plant-based proteins and niacinamide and promises to strengthen very dry hair. My hair is medium thick, very dry and frizzy. I am always on the lookout for hydrating hair products that help me to manage my hair. This mask is a little miracle worker and left my hair super shiny and looking smooth and hydrated. It is a little bit expensive but you do not need much to see great results. I only use a small amount and it covers my medium long hair easily. I love how my hair feels after I use this mask, it's just so soft and nourished. I love the Kerastase Nutritive products and will definitely repurchase this mask.

Love this product. I have natural red hair which has never been dyed. It's thick and heavy, basically no wave pattern. I only use a hair dryer every second day when I wash it, and still my hair gets so dry! This is a nice option to use every alternate wash with my regular conditioner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KERASTASE hair mask is vey nourishing and mad my long locks feel silly smooth. It had a wonderful smell and washed out well. It's a nice that conditioner to work into your hair and leave on for several minutes prior to washing out. It really felt as though it was doing a great job. Deep conditioning my hair the smell was lovely as well. I am subtracting one star because quite honestly the amount of product you get in the container is under 7 ounces, which is kind of small I would prefer to actually pay a little more and get a larger container so I don't have to replace it as much having long hair tends to get used up quickly. However, I do love the product and plan to add it to my conditioning regime for my hair. I would highly recommend it if you've got dry Locs that need a bit more nourishment.
I wouldn’t say this is my favorite mask from Kérastase, but it does what it promises. It deeply nourishes the hair, leaving it noticeably softer, shinier, and less rough, with a lighter feel overall. The scent wasn’t my favorite, and I didn’t notice a dramatic difference — mostly extra softness and some added shine. Still a good option if your hair needs nutrition and softness without weighing it down.
Not as good as the previous masquintense for thick hair which really moisturised my hair and left it feeling silky, smooth and lightweight with shine. This revamped version does not moisturise my hair as well which is disappointing as the product is very expensive and I expect better results from Kerastase
Tried the new formula and so disappointed. I’ve used Kerastase Masquintense for 22 years, and I’m devastated you’ve changed an iconic product. Stock piling the old stuff.
I miss the old formula, the old smell and feel.. the new product is no where near as nice, in every way. I am quite disappointed.
I recently tried the new formula of this mask, and I have to say it's a major disappointment. I would not recommend this product anymore. I hope they reconsider their decision and bring back the old formula that worked so well. I wish I could get my money back
New formula is awful. Old formula was amazing and I have been using it for years. My thick, course hair was soft and manageable. Now it is more expensive and instead my hair feels unconditioned yet weighed down. I hate it and wont buy it anymore. Honestly save the dollars and use the stuff from the supermarket because thats how this feels now.
I've been a loyal customer of Kerastase Masquintense Thick hair for 20 years on my tight curls. It was my go to product and I have recommended it to everyone over the years. It's so disappointing that the formula has changed. It makes my hair look flat and somewhat greasy. I don't know why you would have changed the formula for this. Devastated that I will now have to look for an alternate product. :(
I have been using this mask as my conditioner for over 15 years. I swore by it. It was magic and worth every dollar. BUT the new formula however is terrible. It feels cheap and does not perform how it use to. And its more expensive (which doesn't make sense). May as well buy supermarket conditioner and save my self the money thats how disappointing the quality is. Why change something that works? Cutting costs? I know im not the first person to complain about the new formula. You have many loyal customers who are now very disappointed. It's a shame.

I have really dry frizzy hair and thought this product would be great. I use the shampoo and conditioner - love the shampoo (so much less breakage) but the conditioner doesn’t do it for me so thought I would try the mask. Put the mask in and washed thoroughly out. The product is very hard to get out of my hair and my hair is dryer/frizzier after a wash. Disappointed as the product is expensive.
