I bought this yesterday with the conditioner and blow dry protector spray & OMG am I glad that I did. I used it this morning & my hair has stayed amazing looking all day! I'm 56 years old now & my once thick looking hair now looks fine & dry. But hey, what a transformation even after the first use. My hair looks 1000 times better. I feel so much happier about myself. My hair feels so soft & looks amazing. I'm so pleased & will definitely buy again without a doubt!
Loved this shampoo! Smells divine and made my hair feel clean and hydrated after washing. I would definitely purchase in the future.
Used the products and they were lovely , not personally tailored to my type of hair as I found it slightly heavy as a hairdresser myself I would recommend to someone with naturally dry hair but I used the products on a client of mine and the result was always lovely soft and smooth she really enjoyed using the products and monitoring the results as it really does matter when buying shampoo and conditioning products so thank you very grateful x
I love the iris flower scent of this shampoo. It leaves my hair beautifully scented a few days after washing it. I like that it contains salicylic acid in it which helps with oily roots. The texture feels luxurious.
I was worried about using this as it's for dry hair and my mid-length is dry but the top is more greasy. I was wrong this made my hair look absolutely beautiful. My mid-length was not dry anymore nor was the top of my hair greasy it was just full of health and shine and felt like silk running my fingers through it. I will definitely be buying more of this
My hair feels so clean for days longer using this, so much less oily and has also helped with it being less tangled!

I have medium-thickness hair strands that are increasingly dry as I age (I am in my late twenties). This is the only shampoo I have found to adequately clean and moisturise my hair. When I use this in conjunction with the Lait Vital conditioner, I don't need to use leave-in products or hair oils afterwards to keep my hair moisturised. I use this in the summer and Bain Satin Riche in the winter.

Not fan of the smell (smells soapy) but feels lovely on the scalp and hair leaving it hydrated, soft and less frizzy.
I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for two months I noticed my hair dryer & more frizzy then before using it :/ idk i just didn’t like it and i feel like i can get the same results from drugstore shampoo. The only good thing is how they smell.
When rinsing it out, it makes my hair feel rough,dry and knotty. Disappointed for how much it costs.
I’ve used this range of shampoo and conditioner for about 10 years. I use the version targeted at finer hair. Unfortunately the new formula is terrible. Doesn’t clean, hair ends up oily. I can see other similar reviews so I’m hoping Kerastase might take this on board and return to the old formula. I’ve given it almost a full bottle and won’t be repurchasing.
I hate the new formula . Please bring back the old . I have been using kerastase for literally decades and first time I hate it
I’m been using Bain Satin for at least 15 years and I absolutely loved it and it’s pretty much the only shampoo I used, however after using the new formula since November, I have had really very significant hair loss and it increasingly made my hair lengths dry, straw like and greasy at the roots. Initially I thought the hair loss may be due to hormones etc. but I had everything checked out and my health/hormones are good. It really didn’t occur to me that it might be the shampoo especially after using for so long. I finally realised that it might be the shampoo when my scalp started getting very greasy (I never had scalp issues or greasy hair) and my hair was starting to look frizzy and straw like as mentioned. When I finally twigged it might be the shampoo a few weeks ago, I moved to a different product and the greasiness and texture of my hair has improved dramatically. My hair loss has also reduced significantly but I’m having to take hair loss supplements and treatments in the hope it will grow back in. I can’t say 100% that the shampoo was the only factor to lead to the hair loss but as it 100% made my scalp greasy and hair brittle, which is now resolved after stopping using it, I can only assume that the shampoo unfortunately cased it.
I have used this brand for YEARS! and always been happy. I changed to using this shampoo and it left my hair matted like it was greasy. \Even went to the hairdressers to get my hair washed and even they couldnt lift it. it coated my hair. my advice... avoid this product unless your salon recommends it
The old formula was amazing why did you change it! Also the scent is horrible, I will not buy again
I am not sure if Kerastase has changed this; but it looks and smells different from previous purchases I have done at Kerastase store.
