I bought this recently, after highlighting made my hair weak and dry. It made my hair very soft, which was great, but almost too soft to hold a style. Be careful to only use a small amount. I spray a very small amount, only 2 sprays, into my hand then smooth through my hair I leave for a about 5mins. Clean teeth , get makeup out, make a cuppa, then return to style my hair. After 5 mins it has done it's work. If you hair is very fine, and lacking in body, and tends to go flat, (like mine!) this product also puts a bit of body in too. I must admit I need to use a good quality hair spray to keep the style in place. I would recommend, but you need to "trial" how much to use over the first few times you use it. I don't use it every wash. Perhaps once or twice a week.
This heat protectant has worked great on my fine hair. It also does a wonderful job at detangling my hair. Love this product genuiNeely

Love this entire range (Genesis). I have been using it for 8 months now and have noticed a significant reduction in amount of hair fall & breakage. Added bonus is the products in the Genesis range smell fantastic. I would highly recommend and will continue to use all 3 products for anyone with increased hair fall, paratactically if over 45. This is a beautiful product. It smells divine, and makes styling my hair easier. Leaves hair smelling great and feeling soft and looking shiny. It's luxurious and I love it. I would Recommend this product to anyone who straightens their hair with heat.

Amazing formula that works as a heat protectant and detangles the hair. I use it after each wash and a few spays is all you need. Make sure you let it sit before a blow dry and leaves your hair so silky smooth.

I’ve been using the genesis range for a year, after experiencing significant seasonal hair fall last autumn. It worked wonders at the time but now my hair is feeling really dry and frizzy, and cannot hold a style. I washed and dried without using this spray recently as I was having my hair put up for a wedding, and it did blow dry much easier, so I’m not sure if it’s the spray that’s contributing towards the dryness. It was out of stock for a while so I’m wondering if the formula has changed? Going to switch to a moisturising range for a while and hope that makes a difference! A shame, as I’ve recommended the range to lots of friends, but my hair is just so parched right now it needs a change!

I bought this a couple of months ago. I felt like it gave me some heat protection and it did reduce the number of broken hairs due to damage. But I thought that it was my hair that was becoming frizzy and hard to smooth when blow drying. I switched to Ciment Thermique and the difference is night and day. Turns out Genesis Thermique made my hair incredibly difficult to smooth. It may be good if you have fine hair, but for my coarse hair that I regularly blow dry, this one is a miss.
My hair fall isn’t stopping!! It’s been more than a month I’ve been using this formula but it’s not working even I am using it with shampoo and conditioner.
Unfortunately it smells like products you find the cleaning/household isle - furniture polish 🤔?! Such a shame because it’s a nice product. Please improve the scent.

The scent is so horrid that this could solve every issue with my hair (it did not), and half the world’s problems and I still would not use it. Had to wash my hair again after using this as hair was left feeling tacky and did I mention the smell? Have very long hair and did not use an excessive amount, so the tackiness was disappointing. As mentioned elsewhere, product does not spray in a mist-like fashion, more like a concentrated jet. Tried product a second time, spraying onto hands first for lighter and more even distribution, but hair still felt sticky, plus there was still the issue of the overwhelming smell (scent is too kind a description here!). Anyone who likes this product is welcome to my bottle!!
