This serum is amazing, it makes my curly hair so smooth and volumized.
So far this product is great. I used it for a recent outdoor summer event. I think it helped battle the humidity and give my hair a great smell. My hair is getting thinner as I get older and this gave me a fuller look. This is the whole reason I purchased the product. so far it has lived up to its potential. Not sure I will purchase again it is very expensive. I have only used it 4 times. I need to use the whole bottle before I decide to buy again or not.
I’m 67 with thinning hair a bit at my front hairline. I noticed with Kerastase scalp Drops, shampoos and conditioners that my hair health ‘IS’ showing improvements. When I added this serum an expensive product… well … I definitely could see improvement straight away. I have lon almost mid back. Where by. My chemically treated hair always presents a challenge. However this serum I found it works well at my roots. Kerastase does not claim to make your hair grow with this serum but I saw benefit at my new wisp growth.
A lot less frizz! I have long hair without a lot of layers and it would frizz like crazy and my hair was almost crunchy until I flat iron it. But with this Serum, my hair is a lot softer and and much less frizzy
Serum universel gives my thin hair shine and body. I use it every time I wash my hair and my hair has never looked so good. I am 70 years old and do not color my hair. It is still the color or my youth.

I love this product and it is a game changer, but I have to use a lot on my thick, coarse hair. I’m almost 1/4 through the bottle after less than a week!!! It’s so expensive to keep using like this. Im so disappointed that I can’t afford it at that rate. It leaves my hair soft and shiny and full. Is there another product I can use to supplement so I don’t have to use so much?
Definitely does something, I feel bold without it. It comforts my scalp after shower, I have a sensitive scalp. I only use a coin sized amount to apply, I use it when there is no water dropping out after shower. I love it and it made my hair looks shiny than without it. But it is too expensive, but also meantime I can use it for a quite long time, around 1 year. It expires 18 months, so I can make sure I don’t use expired stuff on my scalp. But I have noticed I couldn’t finish my last bottle, I had to rush to buy this new one which I hate. There was a lot of serum left on the bottom, tons of caviars. I felt bad for my money. I had to pour the caviars out and squeeze it for more serum, feel so sad about this part. I wish the pipeline could be longer or there is some way to use all the caviars. Also, the smell of this serum is the same as the oil one, I am crazy for this smell, so light, moisturized, and also protect my hair and made it doesn’t look that fuzzy.

Smells great but I don’t see much improvement in my hair other than it falls out a lot more.
I recently tried out this serum with high hope, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The tagline, "Smoothness Promised, Frizz Delivered" seems more fitting!! Given the reputation of the brand I expected more from this product. Frustrating part is it left me a problem I never had and that I haven't experience previously. I can't help but feel my money was wasted and the product did the opposite of what I expected. Sad to say it's going in the trash money, down the drain.
Very disappointed. It actually dried up my hair. The serum I recommend is 8h night serum.
