Since I'm trying to keep my hair long, and also have a lot of highlighting done to my hair (to hide the grey), it takes a lot of work to keep my hair looking healthy and not frizzy. This Cantu mousse product is perfect and I'm so glad I tried it. I love the way it moisturizes, even after half a day has gone by. It's not sticky and does not look stringy or stiff. This mousse hold my style the way I like it - smoothed out waves. I definitely recommend this hair styling product. I have already told my neighbor's mom who commented on my hair and asked what products I use. It has worked great on her curls, too!
Love this product for my thick unruly hair as well as my daughters thinner but frizzy hair! Works perfectly on both of our hair types and we will be trying more from this line! We tried the mask, the spray, the leave in, the edge gel and all! Love it all!
The Cantu Hydrating Hair Styling Mousse with Avocado Oil is a liquid that turns into a mousse when dispensed. Each pump yields about a dime size amount of mousse. My hair is wavy and length is mid back. I use 6-8 pumps of the mousse for coverage on my hair. It has a good hand feel-- the texture is thick for a liquid mousse (I would consider it a thin texture if this was an aerosol mousse) and it spreads cleanly and consistently through the hair. It does not leave the hair crunchy and does not promote frizz. It defines my waves and does not make my hair limp. There is not a smell to this product.
This is by far my new favorite mousse. I have very curly hair. I do 2 or 3 pumps on my palm and apply to towel dried hair. It is amazing. It doesn't weigh down my hair and my curls end up defined without any crunch! Definitely recommend.

I love the scent of this! This mousse is very good, makes a lot of foam, moisturizes the hair very well and makes the curls look brighter and more stylized, it absorbs well and leaves hair well combed.

Its product smells amazing and its very lightweight. Its works really well and does not make scalp dry. There is no residue and drying fast. Really good for curly hair.
I really did not notice much of a difference when using this product on my hair while it was wet. The product does dispense the consistency of that of a mousse but it doesn't do much for your hair. I feel like you would need to put a lot of product into hair to maybe see a change but my hair is very thick and the bottle might just have enough for 1 to 3 uses for my length and thickness of my hair.
The product does smell good but it's not for my hair..This product just didn't work on my 4C hair...It made my hair lay down at first but then it became hard. My daughter use this on her wigs and she loves it so a thumbs up for that.
