I have sensitive skin which is prone to dryness. I used sensibio defensive serum twice a day after cleansing my face followed by moisturiser. I noted reduced dryness, plumped and soothed skin with no areas of patchy dryness anymore. I also noted my skin felt hydrated and less sensitive. I love the quick absorbing formula along with the fact that it is alcohol and fragrance free. This will definitely form a part of my skin care routine. I will definitely buy it again.
Absolutely in love with this light moisturiser, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. Finding moisturiser for sensitive skin is difficult. I'm so happy I gave it a shot! My skin is immediately calmed and feels moisturised after the first use. This cream-based moisturiser has a really relaxing sensation to it. I love how effortlessly it absorbs into skin and how nicely it mixes. After the trial time, my skin's condition improved and is now less sensitive. This moisturiser lives up to its claims and promises, making it more than just a popular brand with positive ratings. Try it out for yourself, and you'll be amazed!
I'm currently using retinol (the strong stuff), which then makes my skin quite sensitive and dry. This serum has been very helpful in increasing hydration and soothing my skin. My skin now looks healthy and hydrated, without the stickiness and heavy feeling you normally have with hydrating serums. I really liked the bottle with the pipette, which allows you to select the right amount of product you want to use. I would recommend this serum to anyone that has sensitive skin or for whatever reason needs to strengthen their skin barrier.
I used serum morning and evenings and found this serum cooling on application. I liked the texture but I would have preferred a pump as sometimes didn’t have enough or too much using the dropper. I have early signs of aging, my skin felt soft after using this product but I haven’t noticed any improvements to my skin as I’ve only used it for two weeks. I would purchase this in future
I am so impressed how smooth my skin is after using Bioderma desibio defensive serum . It is very easy to apply due tot the pump and a small amount is enough to apply on my face and neck. With a gentle scent and proper thickness, made much skin looking smoother and healthier
Before I started using Bioderma Sensibio Defensive Serum, I suffered with dry patches and a few fine lines. After using it for 2 weeks, the difference in my skin is incredible, there are no dry patches at all, my skin feels soft and plump and it has most definitely reduced some of my fine lines, it's amazing! I only applied three drops to my cleansed face day and night and this is the result, I am so pleased! I would highly recommend this to anyone and it has shown results that some other top brands that I have used have not. It is definitely a winner for me, it doesn't leave any residue or oiliness which is a huge plus for me. I will definitely look to buy this in the future when I run out!
I have dry skin which leads my skin to be sensitive. I use this serum twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. Since I have redness and flaky skin, I’ve noticed after using it regularly for a week. This serum has made a difference on my skin. My skin is plumed and radiant looking. My skin feel and looks soft while also making them look hydrated during this winter time.This product also absorbed into my skin really well as it’s thin and light but also the texture doesn’t feel greasy at all.I’ve had no side effects from this and would recommend this product.
The smell is gorgeous. So glad I've decided to try this serum. My dry/sensitive skin soaks it up, and it doesn't sting like most other serums I've tried. The texture is amazing too. Definitely a keeper! I would definitely recommend it my my friends or family .

Bioderma is one of my most trusted brands that I have been using for years … it’s so high quality that I’ve used it on my kids when they were babies … But , how exited I am of finality trying something so fabulous , that my skin doesn’t feel tight and dry anymore! It’s the best feeling ever!!!
I’ve sensitive skin prone to redness and have always been on the lookout for a good product to sooth my skin. I apply the product twice a day on cleansed skin, I felt that it felt soothing almost instantly and after two weeks I thought I could see less redness in my skin. I would definitely recommend to others with similar skincare concerns! My skin also feels more supple and smooth now. It’s definitely had faster results for me than other similar products.
This product is amazing!!! At the start of using I was a little sceptic that would help as my skin is sensitive, but after using for couple of weeks I can say it really does work and gives skin hydration, my skin feels so lightweight and less wrinkles!! I've been using this serum for three months and it is arguably the best I've used. I use it around my eyes, and all over my face before my tretinoin cream. It has made the cream work better with my skin. My face does not dry out, peel or burn; it is very soft, moisturized and soothed. It also adds a bit of radiance to my skin, too. This is the only serum I use because it takes care of everything. Wonderful!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: My dermatologist recommended the Bioderma Sensibio line of products for my rosacea, and I’ve seen a great improvement since I began my new regimen over a month ago: MORN: Micellar water sensitive gentle surface cleanse, Mirvaso gel Rx application & SPF if going out MIDDAY: AR+ cream & SPF spray reapplication NIGHT: Micellar water, Defense serum, AR+ cream My redness has declined significantly, and the AR+ with the serum base (this product) give my skin a supple and smooth feel. I followed instructions for this serum, gradually adding it to my regimen. The first few times, I did feel a very mild but brief tingling. My flare-ups are very rare anymore. Definitely not oily, lightweight, no scent. Worth the few extra $. The photos shows my nails how intense my flare-ups used to be compared to how much milder the flareups have become and what my regular skin tone is without a flareup.
I love this serum. So hydrating and perfect for prepping the face before moisturiser. In fact, I love the sensibio line - the cleanser and the toner I have. Cannot fault this lightweight serum!

Este producto lo compre como complemento de la crema ( tengo el diagnóstico de dermatitis seborreica Severa) porque ya con mi edad me gustaría tener una piel más cuidada pero al mismo tiempo no complicar mi problema de dermatitis. Desde el primer uso calmo mi problema de picor y mejoró mucho el enrojecimiento. Ahora lo uso junto con la crema y siento mi piel más hidratada sin las molestias que da una crema que no es para mi problema. La verdad me encanto, veremos aún con el tiempo que tal resulta.

For background I have combination skin which is prone to blemishes and can be sensitive at times so was looking forward to something specifically aimed at sensitive skin. I have used this each morning after cleansing and prior to moisturising, I have not had any reactions and it’s not caused any breakouts. The light, creamy texture sinks into skin easily and provides extra hydration throughout the day whilst leaving my skin with that lovely plump feeling. I haven’t noticed any difference to my fine lines but will keep using to see if it’s make any difference over a longer period of time hence only 4 stars. I will probably purchase this again purely because it hasn’t caused me any issues and finding new products can be quite difficult as a lot tend to break me out.
I've very sensitive skin and quite dry, so I was looking for something that will hydrate it, that is a good product for hydration for a day, but I wouldn't say it moisturise for 24hrs.. In terms of early signs of aging.. I think trying the product for few months can show the results, but as of yet , can't see a difference.
Prior to trying this serum my skin was feeling quite dry, sore and lacklustre, which is usual during winter months. I go through waves with skincare products, and serums in particular I can generally take or leave, as I don’t have the time of day to wait for products to absorb. I did however find this to be fast drying and effective at hydrating my skin. It’s too early to comment on the effectiveness of the anti ageing properties but i love how soft and healthy it helped my skin to feel. I applied it on an evening before bed and woke to my face feeling more supple and looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to my friends and family as an addition to their skincare routines!
Lovely & light on my skin minimal scent and lovely packaging. Leaves my skin feeling soft and improved my signs of aging I feel. I would recommend this to friends & family. Infact, I have already as I can visibly see an improvement in my skin texture and tone.
Absorb really nice to the skin. It is soothing, calming my skin and it has reduced redness. Unfortunately it is a little to light in texture. I do prefere product which are moisturise and hydration my skin. Otherwise really mice product. I would say great before makeup too.
My skin before testing was calm but feeling slightly dry. I used the product day and night for 2 weeks after cleansing but before moisturising. The packaging is great and the product was easily used. I loved how the pipette delivered the perfect quantity of product to do my face. The product was lovely and light and not sticky. It soaked in quickly and felt moisturising on my skin. After 2 weeks, I noticed that my skin was less dry and felt softer. I didn't see an improvement in sensitivity as my skin reacted to external aggressors during the fortnight and took a while to calm down. I would recommend the product for moisturising purposes as it left my skin feeling plumper and softer, therefore helping to reduce the look of fine lines and early ageing. I have used better products in the past for dealing with skin sensitivity.
I have, in the last couple of years, developed extremely sensitive skin. I now have a basic established skincare routine that I rarely stray from. I added this product to my routine and can’t say that I’m massively impressed. When I first applied the product (to the back of my hand and then to my face) within minutes I felt my skin tingle. I’m very wary of new products so this could’ve been psychosomatic. I ultimately didn’t have an obvious reaction and my skin felt okay the next morning. I used this twice daily since and can’t say I’ve noticed much difference. It’s an okay product- but I think I preferred my routine before adding this in. I hoped it would feel moisturising, but I found my skin feeling dry/tight still. I can’t say I’ve noticed much difference after two weeks but I’ll persevere. I’m still wary of the tingle it gives on my skin but I think I’m just nervous of having an allergic reaction (which is all too common for me nowadays).
My dermatologist recommended me this serum and I love it.
