Absolutely love this stuff. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a jumbo size!
I'm so glad my dermatologist recommended this product to me! It has taken care of the dryness an dermatitis/rosacea on my face. My skin is smooth and combined with the thermal water spray -- i love my skin now! I have dealt with skin issues for quite a few years and this took care of the dryness within a matter of a few weeks. I will not go without this. Please don't change the ingredients!

Just bought this few weeks ago. Stage 4 lung cancer and chemo has wrecked my skin Dry, painful, ultra sensitive to everything . Used this product tiny bit at first. Now I do my lower chin 1x a day. No problems. Truly soothing. Non irritating ingredients. No weird smells. For my purposes, 5 stars. Not cheap. But a fingernails size gives thick good smear. No runny discharges Well worth the price.

كريم رائع جدا خصوصا بعد التقشير يرمم البشرة ويعالجها لا غنى عنه مع التقشير ممتاز جدا وقوامه ثقيل لذلك هو مناسب جدا مع التقشير لانه يعمل طبقة حماية للبشرة اللي تكون حساسة جدا مع التقشير
المنتج جربته على رقبتي بعد حلاقة الدقن يجيني تحسس و هو يساعد على تهدئة التحسس بسرعه، لكن بصراحه ما راح اشتريه مره ثانيه فيه بدائل كثير ارخص منه ونفس النتيجه

Very good for my skin, original product!
My skin barrier broke. My face was burning, red, and really dry. I was recommended to give this a try, and it did wonders for me. My skin is slowly healing, and this product made a difference. My skin type is acne prone and I am sensitive to most skin products. Trying this out was scary at first, however my skin accepted it easily.
After menopause, my dry skin broke out with several ultra dry patches. I tried everything. While things temporarily moisturized, nothing helped the dry patches go away. Until now. I use this twice a day and by the end of the second week I noticed the patches feeling like normal skin. This stuff really works!

Giving credit where due. Avène's Cicalfate+ is AMAZING. I highly recommend it if you've had actinic keratosis treatment (especially cyrotherapy followed by 2 rounds of fluorouracil). My under eye skin was already bad, but the staggered therapies left my treated area red, dry, and peeling months later. After only a day and a half of use, I've noticed a positive difference with this product. It is supposed to help restore the skin barrier, and I already love it. In this day and age, it's really rare to find a product that actually does what it claims do do. Merci mille fois, Avène !

I have been using Cicalfate for two years now. The last one I received was 75% water. What happened? I’m giving 3 stars only because I was so satisfied with the product before this. After reading the reviews, I know it wasn’t just one defective tube that I received. What changed in the last two months? Avene, please correct this.

I used to love this product but every time I order it, it comes separated. And placing the tube in hot water or mixing it around does nothing. My fault for ordering it again. Buy this product in stores so you know if it's separated or not.
I’m very confused by this product. When I squeeze the tube to start the product flowing, I only get water to come out. I have tried shaking the product first to “mix” but it keeps happening. So it doesn’t apples very well.
Hello! The reason why I give 2 stars to this product is because I bought it on May 20, 2026 and when I tried the product today, May 21, 2026, what came in the container was a watery liquid that is not like the one shown in the photos. I find it very strange that it comes like this since I have already bought this cream before but I spent my money investing in this product and then when I used it it was of poor quality. Thank you for your attention.
Bought and had blue liquid in half of the tube. Extremely disappointed as it was an expensive product.
Bought two tubes, one was fine.. the other was a mix of blue water and hard lotion. Not usable.
I used Avène Cicalfate for two years and it was great, but the last tube was awful; it was too oily and caused breakouts. Why ? Iam so upset

I saw reviews saying that the bottle contained only water but because there are so many more positive reviews I decided to take a risk. Unfortunately I too recieved no cream but only a watery substance. Very disappointed at the inconsistency of this product
I just opened a new package of the Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream and large amount of blue water kept draining out. I am able to get the cream out but the blue water continues to flow after 5-6 uses. Not sure if I am getting the full benefit of this product if the spring water that is a key ingredient is just draining out and not mixing with the cream. After reading the reviews it appears that there are others that have encountered this same issue.
Hello, I submitted a complaint 10 days ago regarding an issue with this cream. A large amount of light blue liquid is leaking from inside the product. I was informed that I would receive a response within 2–3 business days, but I have still not received any update. Could you please let me know how this issue will be resolved and when I can expect a response?
